"I struggle after back surgery. One of the concierge staff saw I was in pain whilst trying to get hold of a taxi for me. He went and found a chair for me and sorted the cab and then helped me in. Above and beyond service where all the staff are lovely"

Breakfast was a bit meh, and would recommend going to somewhere more tasty nearby. The room was just what you need, small but not cramped, perfect for just sleeping, the only addition I would suggest would be a bottle of water as it’s so warm.. Cannot say enough about the staff they were really nice. "
